1. Introduction

At Amz-gamers , we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the process for requesting one.

2. Free Trial Period

Users who cancel their subscription during the free trial period will not be charged. To avoid being billed, users must contact us before the trial period ends.

3. Refund Eligibility

Users who request a refund within 5 hours of activation after a charge has been made are eligible for an automatic refund.

Each user is limited to a maximum of two (2) refunds.

Refunds are only granted for initial transactions; renewals and subsequent payments are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund Requests

If a user requests a cancellation, we will proceed with the immediate termination of the subscription, but no refund will be issued.

If a user requests a refund, they must contact us via email within the eligible timeframe.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, users must:

  1. Send an email to amazongamerssite@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include the following details:
    • Full name
    • Email address associated with the account
    • Transaction ID or payment confirmation
    • Reason for the refund request
  3. Wait for confirmation from our support team regarding the status of the refund.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
